Introduction

In ‘Account settings’, you manage all essential parts of your Xendy account: your company details, users, subscription, invoices, email settings, webshop integration, and logs. This page explains what each section does and how you can update your settings.

Company details

At the top you will see two required fields:

  • Company name: the name of your company, shown in emails and invoices.
  • Account email address: the primary email address where communications from your Xendy account will be sent.

Below that you will find three documents:

  • Terms and Conditions
  • Privacy Policy
  • Data Processing Agreement

You can open, read, and accept each document. The date of acceptance is automatically saved and displayed.

Users

At the top of this page, you will see two tabs: ‘Users’ and ‘Invitations’.

Manage users

Under ‘Users’, you will see everyone who has access to your Xendy account. Click the three dots on the right of a user to:

  • Change access rights: choose a role: ‘Employee’, ‘External user’, or ‘Owner’.
  • Remove user: access is immediately revoked.

Click ‘Update’ to save the change.

Manage invitations

Under ‘Invitations‘ you will see all pending invitations. Using the three dots on the right, you can:

  • Resend: the invitation will be sent again.
  • Delete: the invitation will be revoked.

Invite a new user

Click ‘Invite user’ at the top right. Enter the first name, email address, and role, then click ‘Send’. The invited person will receive an email with an activation code. Once activated, the user will gain access to the account.

Subscription

In the submenu item ‘Subscription’ you will see all details of your current plan:

  • The monthly price
  • The payment method
  • The contact limit

Here you can:

  • Cancel: end the subscription. You have a one-month notice period. You will retain access until the end of that period.
  • Upgrade: upgrade from Xendy Free to Xendy Pro or choose a larger plan with unlimited sending to more contacts.
  • Edit billing details: change your payment method, billing address, or invoice email address.

Invoices

Under ‘Invoices’ you will find all your invoices from 22 October 2025 onwards. For each invoice you will see:

  • The invoice number
  • The invoice date
  • The amount
  • The ‘View’ button to open or download the invoice

Invoices from before 22 October 2025 can be requested via support@xendy.me.

Email settings

Theme

In the submenu item ‘Theme’ you define the appearance of your emails. Here you can set:

  • The font for headings and text
  • The style of buttons (colour, shape, padding)

Everything you configure here is automatically applied to all your emails. This saves time and ensures brand consistency.

Read the full article: Theme settings.

Social media

In the submenu item ‘Social media’ you add links to your social media accounts. You can set links for: Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Phone number.

When you add a social media block to an email, you can select which icons to display. If you later update a link in the settings, all emails will automatically be updated.

Domain

In the submenu item ‘Domain’ you configure the email address from which you want to send, for example info@yourcompany.nl. You will see:

  • The domain name
  • The validation status (checked every hour)

Click the three dots on the right to choose:

  • Change domain name
  • View DNS records

You can also download the DNS settings to forward to your web developer or hosting provider.

Read the full instructions: Set up DNS records for Xendy.

Default values

With default values, you define fallback text for dynamic fields such as @first_name. If a contact does not have a value for a field, Xendy uses the default value you enter here. If you leave it blank, the email will not be sent to that contact.

Example: if a contact’s first name is unknown, you can set “customer” as the default value. The greeting “Dear {first_name}” will automatically become “Dear customer”.

Webshop

Easily connect your webshop to Xendy to automatically synchronise customer data, orders, and products.

Connect webshop

Select your platform:

  • Connect WooCommerce
  • Connect Magento 2
  • Connect Shopify
  • Connect Lightspeed

Do you have a custom webshop? Contact us via support@xendy.me to discuss the options.

Existing integration

If you already have an integration, this overview shows:

  • When the data was last updated
  • The number of imported customers, orders, and products

Logs

Under ‘Logs’, you will find an overview of all webhook requests.
This allows you to see exactly what has been automatically sent or updated via your integrations.

Examples of log entries include:

  • Adding a new contact to a list
  • Updating an existing contact

Per log entry you will see:

  • The status of the request
  • The endpoint that was called
  • The date and time of execution

Click on an entry to view the payload and see exactly which data was sent.
