This page explains what each section does and how you can update your settings.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"company-details\">Company details<\/h2>\n<p>At the top you will see two required fields:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Company name<\/b>: the name of your company, shown in emails and invoices.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Account email address<\/b>: the primary email address where communications from your Xendy account will be sent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Below that you will find three documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Terms and Conditions<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Privacy Policy<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Data Processing Agreement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can open, read, and accept each document. The date of acceptance is automatically saved and displayed.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"users\">Users<\/h2>\n<p>At the top of this page, you will see two tabs: \u2018<b>Users<\/b>\u2019 and \u2018<b>Invitations<\/b>\u2019.<\/p>\n<h3>Manage users<\/h3>\n<p>Under \u2018<b>Users<\/b>\u2019, you will see everyone who has access to your Xendy account. Click the three dots on the right of a user to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Change access rights<\/b>: choose a role: \u2018Employee\u2019, \u2018External user\u2019, or \u2018Owner\u2019.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Remove user<\/b>: access is immediately revoked.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Click \u2018<b>Update<\/b>\u2019 to save the change.<\/p>\n<h3>Manage invitations<\/h3>\n<p>Under &#8216;<b>Invitations<\/b>&#8216; you will see all pending invitations. Using the three dots on the right, you can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Resend:<\/b> the invitation will be sent again.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Delete:<\/b> the invitation will be revoked.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Invite a new user<\/h3>\n<p>Click \u2018<b>Invite user<\/b>\u2019 at the top right. Enter the first name, email address, and role, then click \u2018<b>Send<\/b>\u2019. The invited person will receive an email with an activation code. Once activated, the user will gain access to the account.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"subscription\">Subscription<\/h2>\n<p>In the submenu item \u2018<b>Subscription<\/b>\u2019 you will see all details of your current plan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The monthly price<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The payment method<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The contact limit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Here you can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cancel<\/b>: end the subscription. You have a one-month notice period. You will retain access until the end of that period.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Upgrade<\/b>: upgrade from Xendy Free to Xendy Pro or choose a larger plan with unlimited sending to more contacts.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Edit billing details<\/b>: change your payment method, billing address, or invoice email address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"invoices\">Invoices<\/h2>\n<p>Under \u2018<b>Invoices<\/b>\u2019 you will find all your invoices from 22 October 2025 onwards. For each invoice you will see:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The invoice number<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The invoice date<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The amount<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The \u2018<b>View<\/b>\u2019 button to open or download the invoice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Invoices from before 22 October 2025 can be requested via <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"mailto:support@xendy.me\">support@xendy.me<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"email-settings\">Email settings<\/h2>\n<h3>Theme<\/h3>\n<p>In the submenu item \u2018<b>Theme<\/b>\u2019 you define the appearance of your emails. Here you can set:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The font for headings and text<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The style of buttons (colour, shape, padding)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Everything you configure here is automatically applied to all your emails. This saves time and ensures brand consistency.<\/p>\n<p>Read the full article: <a href=\"http:\/\/support.xendy.me\/en\/email-theme\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Theme settings<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Social media<\/h3>\n<p>In the submenu item \u2018<b>Social media<\/b>\u2019 you add links to your social media accounts. You can set links for: Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Phone number.<\/p>\n<p>When you add a social media block to an email, you can select which icons to display. If you later update a link in the settings, all emails will automatically be updated.<\/p>\n<h3>Domain<\/h3>\n<p>In the submenu item \u2018<b>Domain<\/b>\u2019 you configure the email address from which you want to send, for example info@yourcompany.nl. You will see:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The domain name<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The validation status (checked every hour)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Click the three dots on the right to choose:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Change domain name<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">View DNS records<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can also download the DNS settings to forward to your web developer or hosting provider.<\/p>\n<p>Read the full instructions: <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/support.xendy.me\/en\/dns-settings\/\">Set up DNS records for Xendy<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n<h3>Default values<\/h3>\n<p>With default values, you define fallback text for dynamic fields such as @first_name. If a contact does not have a value for a field, Xendy uses the default value you enter here. If you leave it blank, the email will not be sent to that contact.<\/p>\n<p><b>Example:<\/b> if a contact&#8217;s first name is unknown, you can set \u201ccustomer\u201d as the default value. The greeting \u201cDear {first_name}\u201d will automatically become \u201cDear customer\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"webshop\">Webshop<\/h2>\n<p>Easily connect your webshop to Xendy to automatically synchronise customer data, orders, and products.<\/p>\n<h3>Connect webshop<\/h3>\n<p>Select your platform:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/support.xendy.me\/en\/woocommerce-integration\/\">Connect WooCommerce<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/support.xendy.me\/en\/magento-2-integration\/\">Connect Magento 2<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/support.xendy.me\/en\/shopify-integration\/\">Connect Shopify<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/support.xendy.me\/en\/lightspeed-integration\/\">Connect Lightspeed<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Do you have a custom webshop?
