Available for WooCommerce (using the Xendy plugin).<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what-is-an-abandoned-cart-email-automation\">What is an abandoned cart email automation?<\/h2>\n<p>A preconfigured workflow that automatically sends emails to contacts with an abandoned cart. The emails display the abandoned products and include a CTA to resume checkout immediately.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"requirements-short\">Requirements (short)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">WooCommerce connected to Xendy.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Xendy plugin active in WordPress and connected with your Xendy token.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"create-an-abandoned-cart-automation\">Create an abandoned cart automation<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Go to \u2018<b>Email automations<\/b>\u2019 in the left menu and click \u2018<b>New automation<\/b>\u2019 in the top right.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Choose \u2018<b>From a new segment<\/b>\u2019 and create a dynamic segment with the following filter rules:\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><b>Field: <\/b>Customer has abandoned cart<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><b>Condition:<\/b> Equals<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><b>Value: <\/b>Yes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Choose \u2018<strong>Immediate<\/strong>\u2019 (so new cases are included right away) and give the automation a name, e.g. \u2018<b>Abandoned cart email automation<\/b>\u2019.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"adding-emails-to-the-workflow\">Adding emails to the workflow<\/h2>\n<p>After creating the automation, click on \u2018<b>Step 1: add an email<\/b>\u2019. You can choose from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Blank email: <\/b>create a completely new email without blocks.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Select template: <\/b>copy an existing template from \u2018Templates\u2019 in the left menu.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Select draft: <\/b>move an email from your drafts into this automation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After creating the email, add an \u2018<b>Abandoned cart block<\/b>\u2019. Click the \u2018<b>plus icon<\/b>\u2019 on the left, select \u2018<b>Products<\/b>\u2019 and choose this block.
